Who We Are!

 

Serial Grillers is a quick service restaurant focused on American Food and Craft beer offerings. Started as a food truck in 2012, and quickly found success and popularity within Tucson, AZ. Serial Grillers currently operates 4 restaurants in Tucson. Being featured on The Cooking Channel, The Food Network and numerous publications has brought success never previously imagined and thanks is owed to AMAZING customers and the BEST employees.

 

 

What To Expect?

 

Expect unique twists on your favorite American foods and drinks. Eat your way through the menu from Hannibal to Texas Chainsaw Massacre and enjoy a light-hearted theatrical Serial Killer theme. Serial Grillers joins horror-movie lovers together in an inviting space with creative offerings.

 

 

How It All Started

 

Serial Grillers started as a food truck in 2012 serving a variety of cheesesteaks and burgers by brothers William and Travis Miller. Through word-of-mouth, the food truck organically grew into a full-time endeavor and the brothers quit their previous jobs to pursue the American dream. After 12 months in business, Serial Grillers expanded into a brick-and-mortar restaurant and expanded its menu to sell pizza, calzones, salads, cold sandwiches and hot paninis. Its original location started as a take out only operation and has since expanded 3 times. Its second location opened in 2017 at River and La Cholla and has since doubled its seating capacity and added a bar. A third location opened in 2018 off Houghton rd in Vail, which is the largest of the three. In January 2020 the fourth location opened on Cortaro Farms rd. In 2021 we will bring more to Tucson and will continue its Born and Raised mentality to further its Tucson roots.

 

 

Serial Grillers + Craft Beer

 

Serial Grillers has embraced Craft breweries from around the U.S. and incorporated it as part of our growing business, so much so, that branching into Beer and Wine Taproom locations has become the next step. Craft, A Modern Drinkery, a Serial Grillers sister company, is set up to open Fall of 2018 and will continue to support local and regional produced craft beers. Craft is a spinoff of the Serial Grillers concept which will be hyper-focused on beer events and introducing everyday customers to the growing industry of U.S. Craft Beer.
